High recommendations for all the staff!

The housekeeping staff really should be recommended on their work, as everything was always impeccably cleaned. Also, prior to my stay, Sharon Pinchbeck was very helpful in co-coordinating my reservation. Jackson at the front desk helped me check-in and answered many of my questions with a friendly professional attitude. 

During my stay, both TV and fax needed some maintenance work; I am pleased with the way it was dealt with. Neil at concierge and Marcin are to be thanked.

A Wonderful Experience!

I have been reflecting on our years at GPA and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for us. It helped so much being new in the country and having to deal with all the various changes, but just knowing that I could rely on all of GPA for advice, guidance, and expertise allowed me peace of mind and confidence. Better than a hotel, and half the price!

After traveling to London for over 15 years on business on a regular basis this was my first time using a serviced apartment. Calico House was excellent. With modern, spacious and clean facilities that completely out perform any hotel in the city at nearly half the price. All the staff were attentive, professional and actually smiling, which is refreshing since the service and hospitality industry is lacking in this area.

I will certainly be a returning client to Calico.
